Patrick builds and leads security organizations that excel at the intersection of advanced technology and high-stakes business strategy. His leadership philosophy is grounded in technical mastery. He believes a CISO must be able to design enterprise-wide risk strategy while still going deep into the technical layers, whether threat-modeling a Kubernetes cluster or securing an ML training pipeline. Patrick’s passion lies in applying modern technology to complex security challenges, enabling teams to move fast and build securely.

Rafik started his academic career in 2007, at the Security and Cryptography Laboratory (LASEC) of the engineering school, Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne. During his doctorate, he moved to Estonia to help establish the department of Cryptography at the University of Tartu. After his doctorate, he joined the private bank Pictet in 2017 where he advised and enhanced their Cyber Security and initiated and managed their Cyber Defense program. In 2019, he has broadened his scope as an independent consultant and advisor in Cyber Security and Cryptography, and in 2021 he joined the Swiss Armed Forces as a Cyber Security Architect, as well as Transmutex as an Advisor. He pursued his career within the DDPS as a Chief Analyse Cyber and joined in 2024 Rothschild & Co Bank AG as their Head of IT Security.

Lorenzo D’Ambrosi is Regional Chief Information Security Officer and Data Protection Officer at Rothschild & Co Bank AG in Zurich, overseeing information security and data protection across Switzerland and several international subsidiaries. With more than 15 years of experience in cybersecurity and financial services, Lorenzo has built and led security governance frameworks in highly regulated environments, focusing on risk management, third-party oversight, and secure adoption of emerging technologies. He previously held senior roles in global vendor risk management and information security at Avaloq, and began his career in consulting with Accenture and EY. Lorenzo holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and is certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and CISM (ISACA). He is a frequent speaker at international cybersecurity conferences and actively contributes to discussions on secure innovation, regulatory resilience, and the intersection between finance, technology, and trust.

Fahlberg holds a Master of Science in Business Information Systems from FHNW (Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz) and specializes in AI Strategy & Security, helping organizations navigate the intersection of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. She offers strategic advisory services as CISO as a Service and is actively engaged in the CISO Alliances community, contributing to discussions on emerging security challenges and digital trust.
