Damian Vizár

Damian Vizár is a cryptographer with 7 years of experience in Computer and Network Security. He has been interested in Provably Secure Symmetric Cryptography for Real-World Applications, with a focus on Authenticated Encryption. He has expertise with the design and analysis of (symmetric key) cryptographic tools, and the design of advanced security models. He co-authored the second-round candidate OMD in the CAESAR competition for Authenticated Encryption and the second-round candidate ForkAE in the NIST Lightweight Crypto project. Damian Vizár has experience with programming, from my studies in Applied Informatics, from my PhD work, as a co-author/supervisor of the implementations of OMD in software, and from practical demos of attacking NFC payments, and from my work as an engineer at CSEM (embedded development).
