Line Pillet is a professor in entrepreneurship at HES-SO Valais-Wallis and director of the Institute of Entrepreneurship & Management. With a robust academic foundation, she has dedicated her career to advancing the field of entrepreneurship through innovative teaching, research, and community engagement. Her commitment to fostering entrepreneurial ecosystems is underscored by her leadership role within the institute, where she cultivates a new generation of entrepreneurs equipped to navigate the complexities of today’s dynamic business landscape. Beyond her academic pursuits, Line Pillet is an active member of the corporate governance community, serving as an independent board member on several boards. Her governance expertise is complemented by her profound dedication to promoting diversity within leadership roles. As the co-founder and president of the Association Femmes PME Suisse romande, she champions the inclusion of women in business and entrepreneurship, striving to create equitable opportunities for all. She is also a founding member of the Cercle suisse des administratrices, a network that encourages women's advancement in governance roles across various sectors, and a member of the European Women on Boards Association, further underscoring her commitment to gender equality in leadership.

Dr. Jean-Marc Rickli is the head of global and emerging risks at the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP) in Geneva, Switzerland. He is also the co-chair of the NATO Partnership for Peace Consortium's Emerging Security Challenges Working Groupa and a senior advisor for the Artificial Intelligence Initiative at the Future Society. Prior to these appointments, Dr. Rickli was an assistant professor at the Department of Defence Studies of King’s College London. Dr. Rickli received his PhD in International Relations from Oxford University. His latest book published by Georgetown University is entitled Surrogate Warfare: The Transformation of War in the Twenty-first Century.

Andreas Tölke has worked at Swisscom since 2020, where he is responsible for FinTech & Digital Trust. He previously held various management positions at Credit Suisse. Tölke began his career at the industrial company Georg Fischer in Schaffhausen and is the co-founder of a media start-up. He studied business administration at the ZHAW School of Management and Law and holds an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen.
