Olivier has an excellent understanding of the ICT domain, where he successfully led several projects from idea to exit.

Jean-Christophe Makuch is Head of Digital Research & Innovation at SICPA, where he leads strategic work on digital trust, advanced security technologies and innovation. With a background in software engineering, DevOps and digital transformation, he has held senior technical and managerial roles across the finance, engineering and digital-security sectors. He is particularly active on topics such as AI, post-quantum security and digital identity, helping bridge cutting-edge research with real-world applications.
