Belén Amiano is dedicated to leveraging data for environmental sustainability in her role as the Global Data Lead at Earthworm Foundation (EF). Since 2018, Belen has worked at EF supporting businesses such as Nestlé and Colgate on their efforts to verify their forest impact, engaging across supply chains to assess and address deforestation issues. In her current role, she leads the teams to unlock the potential of data and help find solutions to social and environmental problems the world faces, aiming to enhance EF’s positive impact on people and nature. With a background in engineering and over a decade of experience in both the private sector and NGOs, Belén has contributed to various projects in project management, supply chain analysis, and deforestation monitoring. Belén is also a co-founder of a humanitarian engineering NGO and volunteereds in several global initiatives. She combines her technical expertise with a strong commitment to social and environmental causes, always striving to create sustainable solutions through strategic planning and effective communication.

Saurabh Pandey is the co-founder and Managing Director of Databaum, an Agtech company dedicated to providing decision support systems for farmers. With a PhD and postdoctoral experience in plant science and computer vision, Saurabh has a robust background in both agriculture and technology. Under his leadership, Databaum focuses on climate-resilient farming, carbon reduction, and regenerative agriculture, offering innovative solutions such as weather stations, disease management tools, and AI-powered insights. The company has made significant strides, serving over 2% of the Swiss grapevine area, reducing pesticide usage, and promoting biodiversity conservation.
