Il est désormais Directeur RSE chez Bubble-Go.CH, et Directeur de Bubble Green (Conseil Numérique responsable et eco-conception Web) et Président de l’association GAIACT network, le réseau d'affaires d’acteurs du développement durable. Hugo Flayac, is an entrepreneur with experience across the AI value chain, from research to engineering, team leadership, consulting, and company creation. He holds a PhD in Quantum Physics and has worked in roles from senior scientist at EPFL Lausanne to AI team lead, consultant, and founder of his own startup. Hugo has led dozens of AI and deep learning projects in healthcare, retail, education, and banking. He is currently co-founder and CEO of csky.ai, building the next generation of AI assistants with privacy by default.

Michel Lapiccirella is the Stream Lead for Signing at Group Strategy & Business Development at Swisscom, where he oversees a value stream dedicated to advancing digitalisation and digital trust. His focus lies on the successful implementation and diffusion of Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES), a key enabler in creating secure and trusted digital transactions. Michel's work is instrumental in enhancing business process efficiency, ensuring legal compliance, and reducing reliance on paper-based processes. By driving the adoption of paperless workflows, Michel and his team contribute significantly to sustainability efforts, helping businesses reduce their carbon footprint. His expertise lies in the intersection of trust, technology, and environmental responsibility. Prior to working in the Digital Trust area, Michel held leadership roles in Product Management and Agile Transformation at Swisscom, where he drove innovation and efficiency across the organisation.
