Rosario completed her studies at the University of Lausanne in International Management, and her degree in Marketing at the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico City. Rosario grew up in Mexico City and has been living in Switzerland during the last 24 years, togheter with the more than 15 years of experience representing Swiss companies internationally, she has an strong understanding of both bussiness cultures and its requirements for a sucessfull cooperation.

Jean-Christophe Makuch is Head of Digital Research & Innovation at SICPA, where he leads strategic work on digital trust, advanced security technologies and innovation. With a background in software engineering, DevOps and digital transformation, he has held senior technical and managerial roles across the finance, engineering and digital-security sectors. He is particularly active on topics such as AI, post-quantum security and digital identity, helping bridge cutting-edge research with real-world applications.
