Titulaire d'un doctorat de l'université de Saint-Gall, il enseigne par ailleurs à Sciences Po Paris.

As an accredited labour law expert, Rayan Houdrouge advises and represents Swiss and multinational companies as well as international organizations on all employment law matters. In addition, he has an extensive experience in executive transfers, compensation packages, work regulations, internal audits and collective procedures such as business transfers and collective dismissals. Houdrouge has a huge expertise on social security law and he counts with the Swiss federal certificate. As an accredited expert on the matter, he regularly assists clients in issues related to social security and pension funds, including contentious aspects. His other main area of practice is competition law, and in particular in the context of internal audits, merger control filings and cartel-related investigations.

Dr. Melanie Kolbe-Guyot is Head of Data Governance and Compliance at Data Competence Center (DCC) at the Statistical Office of the Canton of Basel-City. Originally from Berlin, Germany, she studied Political Science and International Affairs in both Germany and the United States, earning her PhD from the University of Georgia, Athens (USA), in 2015. She previously served as an Assistant Professor of Political Science and International Affairs at the Graduate Institute in Geneva, focusing on public policy and political economy. She was also Head of Policy at the Center for Digital Trust (C4DT) at EPFL in Switzerland. Melanie has led projects on digital trust and technology policy and has authored policy papers on data governance, privacy-preserving data-sharing technologies, and the use of AI in the public sector.

Titulaire d'un doctorat en informatique, spécialisée dans le domaine de l'ingénierie documentaire, elle a travaillé pendant plusieurs années avec le Commissaire fédéral à la protection des données et à la transparence, puis en tant que chef de projet au Centre pour l'évaluation des choix technologiques (TA-SWISS).

With over 16 years of experience in cybersecurity, Dr Świątkowska brings a unique cross-sector perspective to her new role at ECSO. Her career spans leadership positions across the private sector, academia and civil society, and close collaboration with public administration nationally and internationally. She was listed among Eastern Europe’s 100 Emerging Technology Stars by the Financial Times & New Europe 100 for 2017, as well as included among the Top 20 Women in Cybersecurity by the Women in Tech Summit for 2019. She is a proud godmother of the regimental colours of the Regional Computing Center Kraków. Previously serving as Deputy Secretary General of ECSO, Dr Świątkowska has been instrumental in shaping European cybersecurity policy, fostering international collaboration, and driving strategic coordination efforts. Her appointment ensures a new chapter in ECSO’s mission to strengthen Europe’s cybersecurity ecosystem and promote strategic digital autonomy through public-private cooperation.

Adrien Treccani est un entrepreneur, auteur et, fondamentalement, un ingénieur logiciel spécialisé en mathématiques financières, en informatique confidentielle, en cryptographie et en actifs numériques. Ancien quant de hedge fund, il conseille depuis plus d'une décennie des banques et des institutions financières sur la Distributed Ledger Technology.
