In this role, he provides crucial support to the State Council in the ongoing development of the region's digital policy and represents Geneva on matters related to digital transition. Holding a phd from the University of St. Gallen, he also teaches at Sciences Po Paris.

Olivier Crochat is the Executive Director of the Center for Digital Trust (C4DT) at EPFL. Olivier has a strong scientific background (M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Communication Systems) and 25+ years of executive roles in startups, SMEs and large companies. Olivier has an excellent understanding of the ICT domain, where he successfully led several projects from idea to exit.

Pascal Métral serves as Vice President of Legal Affairs for NAGRAVISION/Kudelski Group, a world leader in digital security and cybersecurity, and leads its intelligence, investigations and litigation unit composed of a global team of in-house and external lawyers, intelligence analysts and investigators. Pascal’s business unit serves customers globally in the media & entertainment, sports, luxury and finance sectors, tackling content piracy, fraud, counterfeiting and cybercrime. Pascal joined NAGRAVISION in 2003 as an external counsel specialized in IP and criminal law, stepping into the role of the in-house counsel in charge of antipiracy, anti-cybercrime and corporate litigation matters in 2009.

Head of Digital Inclusion • World Economic Forum

Kelly Ommundsen is the Head of Digital Inclusion and a Member of the Executive Committee for the World Economic Forum. As Head of Digital Inclusion, Kelly combines her expertise in technology, policy, and partnerships with her commitment to social equity to drive meaningful change. Through flagship initiatives which she is leading, such as the EDISON Alliance and the Forum's portfolio on GovTech, she champions public-private partnerships to help bridge the digital divide and enable meaningful digital transformation. Prior to this position, Kelly served as the Chief of Staff to the Founder and Executive Chairman of the World Economic Forum for over 5 years, as well as managed the Forum's Board of Trustees, its top governance body, and served as the official secretary. Kelly was responsible for creating and leading the Global Collaboration Village, the Forum’s presence in the metaverse, as well as building a vibrant community of 100+ Village Partners. She has previously led the government and regional partnerships for the Forum’s work on technology, as well as responsible for the relationship with the US Government in the Forum’s New York office. Kelly has a diverse background in the public sector and civil society. She also holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan.

Lead Governance Specialist and Program Manager for GovTech • World Bank

Daniel Ortega Nieto is a Lead Governance Specialist and Program Manager for the Public Sector Innovation and GovTech Program at the World Bank. He has extensive experience supporting governance, public financial management and civil-service reform initiatives across regions including Latin America, Africa and South Asia. Before joining the GovTech program, he led Public Sector Management operations in Brazil and managed Indonesia’s Public Financial Management Multi-Donor Trust Fund.
