Biography
Christophe Champod is a Professor of Forensic Science at the University of Lausanne (UNIL), specialising in the interpretation of forensic evidence, particularly fingerprints and other trace marks. Internationally recognised for his expertise, he is frequently called upon for complex forensic cases around the world. In 2020, he received the prestigious Douglas M. Lucas Medal from the American Academy of Forensic Sciences for his exceptional contributions to the field.
