His career spans both large-scale corporate environments and fast-moving innovation ecosystems, making him a bridge between global tech platforms and emerging ventures. For the past 10 years, Steffen has been deeply active in the global startup ecosystem. He has contributed from multiple angles – as an investor club member at SICTIC, as part of Google’s StartupX initiatives, as the founder of the EXFI investment syndicate and as an active angel investor supporting early-stage founders worldwide. Steffen also brings in-depth expertise in sustainability and AI, emerging markets, internationalization of technology companies and retail/e-commerce acceleration.
