Born in Geneva in 1988 in a large family, Delphine Bachmann obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 2011. She worked both at the Geneva University Hospitals and in oncology at Clinique des Grangettes, as well as a lecturer at the Higher School of Health Sciences. In 2016, she obtained an Executive MBA with a specialisation in Risk Management. She became Administrative Director of Clinique des Grangettes’ Breast Centre in 2018. After the Clinique became part of Hirslanden Group in 2020, she became a member of the Geneva campus’ General Management and Head of several departments. Meanwhile, she was elected member of Geneva’s Great Council from 2017 to 2023 and sat on several boards of directors and boards of foundations, particularly in the healthcare sector. In 2023, she was elected State Councillor in charge of the Department of Economy and Labour.

After studying business management at the University of Neuchâtel, Mr. Conz began his career at the Federal Office for Agriculture as a marketing specialist. He then joined an industrial SME, FELCO SA, where he held various positions in marketing and sales, including involvement in the launch of the subsidiary in Australia. Raphaël Conz joined the economic promotion sector in the Vaud region in 2002. He started as a project manager and was later promoted to head of a unit with a primary mission of supporting innovation, entrepreneurship, and industry. Additionally, between 2006 and 2008, he served as deputy director for an organization mandated by four cantons in French-speaking Switzerland responsible for the prospecting and establishment of foreign companies. Holding a Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in entrepreneurship and business development, Mr. Conz also took on the role of interim head of the Service for the Promotion of the Economy and Innovation for ten months in 2018. Furthermore, he represents the State of Vaud within the governing bodies of various entities in the Vaud economic promotion network, including the Foundation for Technological Innovation, the EPFL Innovation Park Foundation, and Cautionnement romand.

Isabelle Moret is a Swiss political leader serving as State Councillor of the Canton of Vaud and Head of the Department of Economy, Innovation, Employment, and Heritage (DEIEP) since 2022. Lennig Pedron has expertise in cybersecurity and emerging technologies applied to the digital trust economy. She works in particular for the EPFL Innovation Park Foundation and is CEO of the Swiss initiative Trust Valley, the center of excellence in digital trust and cybersecurity. She is co-founder and president of the NGO iCON, representing an international community of over 100 digital trust experts. Lennig Pedron represents iCON at the Council of Europe. She has been Data Protection expert for the Swiss Confederation. She provides advice and training to different audiences such as the police, prosecutors or banks. She has been a judge for the 9/12 geopolitical challenge of the GCSP for 4 years and she has spoken at the Forum of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS). Lennig Pedron is the co-author of the book "The Fundamentals of Cyber ​​Crisis Management" published by Ellipses in June 2022.
