Laura Tocmacov Venchiarutti

Laura Tocmacov specialises in the ethical aspects of AI and its integration into the world of work. Trained at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in "Artificial Intelligence & Business Strategy" and at Mila - Institut québécois d'intelligence artificielle in "Responsible AI and Human Rights", she has been working for over 20 years in the field of transition and employability. She runs the impactIA foundation and lectures on the subject of AI in Switzerland and French-speaking countries. She believes that the transition of governance models and the transformation of work by artificial intelligence are the greatest societal challenge of the next 10 years.
